• is the contractor using the right method by concerting in 2 feet water ?? Will the cement set ??

Don’t know what satisfaction these contractors and babus get by breaking the wall and houses of Middle class people.
Just to clarify the wall was made in private land, the contractor said they will just dig the govt. Land and maintain distance from the wall.

Intentionally ended up by breaking the wall, which was constructed in private land, no any measurement or notice were served.
When asked the contractor said “ Dm Sahab ka order hai”
BDO, Sadar Darbhanga and Budco eng. were also present.
