@TSB just spent hours with my elderly father trying to get into his online banking. Poor customer service, you changed his banking id then deleted him from online banking, now he can't register - account data not recognised. Obviously a problem with TSB but not acknowledged.
Steve Cutts, a London-based illustrator and animator, creates artwork that satirizes the excesses of modern society. His style draws inspiration from 1920s-1930s cartoons, modern comic books,
This is one of his animations.
What do you think?

@virginmedia your company is terrible. You cannot resolve an issue, you cancel technician appointments without communication, your call centre staff close complaints without resolution.
Happy birthday Ludwig Wittgenstein 🥳🍾
"I don't know why we are here, but I'm pretty sure that it is not in order to enjoy ourselves" is the quote that always came back to haunt him when nobody ever invited him to parties.
@LeahShutkever can you recommend a good eating challenge for a noob near Birmingham (UK) please. At the moment Rodeos in Wolverhampton looks good but it's a bit of a trek. Have you done a challenge there?
@virginmedia I think you missed the point. Your offers for existing customers are 30+% higher than for new customers. So existing customers will just leave and go to @sky because to stay is to be insulted by this practice. Why can't you offer the same prices to new and existing customers
@virginmedia how do I get to talk to someone who can discuss my expired contract. Been a customer for 10+ years but nobody I speak to is willing to get near to the deals offered to new customers.
We are shocked and desperately saddened to learn that the famous Sycamore Gap tree at Hadrian's Wall has been felled overnight, in what appears to be an act of vandalism.
We know just how much this iconic tree is loved locally, nationally and by everyone who has visited.
We are working with our partners to understand what has happened and what can be done.
The incident has also been reported to the police.
@andy4wm Andy, BCC has little interest in cultural assets, take the science museum as an example. It's one of the reasons that Manchester is seen as the second city - there's no cultural soul to Birmingham. Selling land, let's be honest, sounds like a fire sale for rich Londoners #HS2
