Reports suggest that #Meitei CM #NBirenSingh, his Office, and certain Officials, including Kuldip Singh, State Security Adviser, and the State DGP, masterminded this malicious plot. Their actions allegedly undermined the fragile bond between State Administration and Central Authorities, threatening regional stability. However, at a September 20 Press Conference, Singh and the DGP deflected accountability, stating, "𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙡𝙮.
