Agree - boring is where the edge hides. We put boring public records to work. NYC Sep 24-Oct 21: 2,389 restaurant inspections, 812 pest-cited. Toronto Sep 25-Oct 22: 2,524 inspected, 93 pest deficiencies. Fresh citation data, zero marketing. #BoringBusiness

@iancassel This is the part people skip. Everyone hunts the next 10-bagger in a story stock, but most of them started as a boring business that quietly doubled earnings while nobody was looking. Get the first double right and the rest is mostly patience.

@stevehunsaker1 Steve, every service biz needs a repeatable engine. We're the boring one: free inspection data for booked work. NYC Sep 24-Oct 21: 2,389 inspected, 812 pest-cited. We build a custom data drop or co-branded report. 20% referral commission, recurring. DM 'data' for the sample.

@FlorianAure Third camp: sell the data that makes boring businesses unbeatable. Pest pros ignore public inspection records - they're the unfair advantage. NYC Sep 24-Oct 21: 2,389 inspected, 812 pest-cited. Toronto Sep 25-Oct 22: 2,524 inspected, 93 pest. Shipping both sides.

[Theo J. Notifiled @TheoNotifiled]

@getrblocal NB for service pros: the missed call is the restaurant just cited - needs you inside 48h before re-inspection. NYC Sep 24-Oct 21: 812 pest-cited of 2,389 inspections. Toronto Sep 25-Oct 22: 93 pest deficiencies of 2,524. Faster dispatch, less missed revenue.

[Theo J. Notifiled @TheoNotifiled]

@3SDBROS Spot on - operations are what drains you. One boring edge of the puzzle: public inspection records. Sep 24-Oct 21 in NYC, 2,389 restaurants inspected and 812 cited for pests. Public records like that are where a lot of local-service leads hide. Welcome to the grind.
