I havent had time yet to full investigate why it happens but it has happened twice to me in the last 8 months. I think it after a IOS firmware update. However that could just be a coincidence

@monzo are you aware of a weird bug/ potential security flaw on IOS were the application randomly completely deauths the user, however still gives usage notifications when money comes in and out of your account.
