Having run big corporate social media accounts for the past decade, I've seen young interns who do a far better job compared to some "industry experts". Age is just a number. Don't underestimate the experience of a generation that grew up with social media.
@tomfgoodwin I think the context of your point, and what isn't captured by the chart, is that this scrolling activity happens simultaneously and across all the touchpoints mentioned in the chart. We scroll while we are at work, eat, watch TV, at bed etc.
