Three civilians were arrested by the junta security forces in Nuatokyi township this morning in Mandalay region, Myanmar.
The arrests were made when junta troops stormed the area and did not find the targeted members of local anti-junta resistance forces.
Chindwin learns that the junta troops were very angry and looted several properties before they arrested the three villagers who did not flee their village at a time when the junta troops entered the village.
Later, the junta regime accused the three villagers of supporting the local People Defense Force secretly - a blunt allegation without evidence.
