Congratulations to the new owners of Tiger. For decades, this one-of-a-kind instrument has brought joy to the @GratefulDead community, and we’re glad to know it has found a home with someone who appreciates the magic Doug Irwin built so many years ago.

More than anything, Tiger was made to roar. We hope it finds its way into the hands of those who will be good stewards of this music’s legacy. The true spirit of this guitar lives in the music it was built to create. May it continue to inspire curiosity, connection, and a little bit of wonder for years to come. – The Jerry Garcia Family

@JRRTLore The rope and I don’t know what…

[Thomas Johnson @ThomasJohnson16]

@JRRTLore Quite terrible indeed. I’ve got a question for you, maybe a topic for a video. When the witch kings is taunting Eowyn, he mentions the houses of lamentation. What’s he mean? An afterlife of orcs or something?

@JRRTLore Ecthelion? Just a guess

@bdmurdock @mrdavidrowe What a splendid find this is. Thank you for that.

[Thomas Johnson @ThomasJohnson16]

@mrdavidrowe I have always loved that part as well. Also, in Fellowship, Frodo sees I believe a red star when he is in Bree. Was this the same star Sam later sees over Mordor?

In this Ohio town, it was tradition: Latin mass, biscuits and bacon at Bob Evans, and then down to the old war cemetery to take illegal photos and shove people. But now the woke mob wants to take all that away.
