@eryyy1 @MFAThai But if you have your certificate with qr code. You can upload this one. And you need to upload the added QR Code in good qiality. Upload the QR Code like is descripted in the thailandpass website.

@eryyy1 @MFAThai Hey, ist all depends by the QR codes. If they are the correct ones the system can read them automatically and you get the approval QR code within seconds. Hope that helps.
