Current State Attorney General of Colorado Phil Weiser caught criminally laundering money into his campaign committee for the Governor race. More:

-accepted 36,003 contributions
-totaling $6,020,613.16
-from 14,211 distinct donor identities.

Address confirmation failures galore! We ran 37,330 Weiser records to verify the addresses:

5,096 records (13.7%) returned Address Status = N (USPS-invalid) totaling $150,039.00;

161 records returned Vacant = Y totaling $41,906.18 (vacant here means it is confirmed the person is no longer at the address, he or she vacated the location);

2,708 records show NCOA confirmed permanent moves yet the campaign continued reporting the prior address;

The combined failure rate came to 21.2%, materially elevated above the ~1-3% baseline expected for legitimate donor files;

Each invalid record is on its face a § 1-45-108(1)(a)(I) disclosure-falsity violation and a Rule 10.6 segregation-duty trigger.

Next, we cross-matched the 12,276 Colorado-disclosed Weiser donors against the Colorado Secretary of State voter file (4,520,610 voters), finding:

901 donors (7.3%) have NO Colorado voter at the disclosed namekey at all. Contributions of these totaled $504,982.02 in disclosed contributions;

1,234 donors (10.0%) have a Colorado voter at the namekey but not at the disclosed ZIP and city. With these related contributions totaling $298,529.94;

Combined mismatch (any-form): 2,135 donors / $803,512+. Each of these is an Article XXVIII § 7 anonymous-equivalent escheatment exposure;

729 failed our convergence test (CO voter exists with namekey + voter does NOT live at disclosed Weiser address). Aggregate dollar exposure of these 729: $298,529.94;

Each predicate satisfies the Flores-Figueroa "real-person knowledge" requirement and the Dubin "in connection with" requirement for federal aggravated-identity-theft prosecution;

344 distinct Weiser donor identities (name + full address) failed USPS validation in BOTH 2025 and 2026;

@pweiser @PhilForColorado needs to be arrested & prosecuted for a bevy of federal felony crimes including money laundering, wire fraud, violating the bank secrecy act and a host of others. This is just the tip of the iceberg on Weiser and Smurfing, much more coming very soon.
