@EurostarUK today's trip is the reason I stopped taking the Eurostar years ago. Delayed , no info, announced platform and still not boarding, no help anywhere. Rude staff. For the price it's ridiculous.

@easyJet over a month ago I took a flight with easy jet which was delayed two hours. Meaning I missed the last train connection to my home. Easy jet at the airport said they'd refund me my taxi home as it was nearly 100 euros. Now , they say they won't refund me. Thank you 😡

@easyJet hello :) I had a flight on the 17th to France delayed which made me miss my booked train. I had to take a Uber. I put in a claim for a refund. It said it could take 24 hours. It's been two days. How long does it take for a response ? Many thanks
