@SamsungSupport - S20 Galaxy phone exploded and Product Liability was GREAT - quick to issue a no charge repair. Ticket's been open 20 days, still getting the run-around. 4.5hrs on ph today, told that a mgr was listening into the call, but "didn't want to help" - Please Help!
