This week at @festontheclose I had the absolute pleasure of working with students from @RugbySchool1567 and @RugbyFreeSec School at the @Macready_Rugby, making their own Festival TV show...including choosing the studio background! Which one do you think they chose?
As well as presenting the show, students got involved in lighting, floor managing, script supervision, autocue, make-up, continuity, direction...and did a fabulous job as you can see, here: https://t.co/lN3sUYtErs

More devastating cultural vandalism in our creative ecosystem. Shortsighted and terrifying for the next gen of young composers and musicians who are now looking into the abyss. If experimental art music has no future in UK where will giants like Netflix find their composers?
We are so DELIGHTED to have @tomseals perform with his live band on Wednesday 28th June as part of our Festival on The Close 📷
Check out some footage from a recent evening with James Acaster!! 📷
