and this year b/c of the Gov race after Swalwell dropped, many, many voters held onto their mail ballots until the last day making it more difficult to get the mail-in ballots verified and counted
@JakeSherman when discussing CA vote counting you conveniently forget to mention that mail-in ballots postmarked by election day can arrive up to 7 days later and still be counted. So, there is no way to count ALL the ballots on election night 1/2
@lombardo_a18369@JohnJHarwood you can't even get your facts straight. Platner did NOT have a swastika tattoo. He had a skull & crossbones tattoo which was used by a Nazi group. He said he didn't know it was associated with Nazis and that is quite plausible. This is NOT a swastika
@RaleighReporter If it's Co-Knee-Ta instead of Cone-Toe, then why isn't Pine-Tops pronounced Pin-Knee-Tups? Both names exist on the same road sign outside of Rocky Mount
@Susan32713089@AndyOstroy I understand that NOW. As does Platner. That's why once it was explained to him, he got it covered up. I don't believe most people would recognize it as a Nazi symbol. You may be an exception.

@allTshirtsGot@lambertmeltonnc Here is what a commenter actually said to council on May 12. Despite Melton's claim, it says NOTHING at all about neighborhood character. It talks about safety, NC Building code & the Fair Housing Act.

@allTshirtsGot@lambertmeltonnc you should see the side view. It's 7 condos on 1 small lot. You are only seeing 2 of them from the front in the image above. The neighbors have real, legit concerns other than "character".
