@ReformedAT@DrMattKutz In my current job I received a 10,000$ a year increase in salary because of my DAT degree. I have been spoken with other healthcare organizations that have told me that a post professional program without a change in scope wouldn’t change my salary. This one did however.

@imastaah@BOCATC are in the development phase of this concept. Sounds like they are looking for feedback on what is both reasonable and will still challenge and develop ATs and move the profession and healthcare in a positive direction.
