Also, apparently it's cancelled due to "adverse weather conditions" - I'm no expert but the weather seems perfect! Sounds like an excuse to shift blame beyond BA's control.
Thanks @British_Airways for cancelling our early morning flight the evening before! With options to accept a rebooked flight 1.5 days later (and lose a day holiday) or to refund our entire round trip. Now out of pocket Β£100s due to new flights from a different airport.
@FitbitUK Awful experience with Fitbit. My Sense strap broke after four weeks so I claimed a replacement strap under warranty. Fitbit ghosted me so I chased after two weeks and they're now only offering an alternative, ugly strap due to 'stock issues'. It's in stock! Terrible.

@easyJet Countless people are asking how to request a refund and you still insist on copying and pasting the same thing about vouchers and a broken web form. It's a joke. When you can, please respond to my DM.
@easyJet Why don't you allow people to process refunds for cancelled flights online when your call centres are jammed? How else can we refund our flights?
@virginmedia Excellent customer service as always, been charged Β£135 for unreturned Hub even though I have a receipt for proof of transaction, since been on hold with Virgin for 50 minutes trying to resolve.
Nothing worse than ordering from @Deliveroo expecting a 20-30 min delivery, then receiving a call over an hour later saying "another rider has picked up your food and now the restaurant is closed so we can't deliver your order." π
@TSB my debit card stopped working suddenly last night. Tried calling for assistance, kept on hold for 30 mins before I gave up. TSB have been a shambles recently, think itβs time to switch. #tsbfail#TSBMeltdown
