@British_Airways Offering free date changes when there are no alternative dates available is an absolute joke. It’s time to start offering free cancellations for all flights due to depart within 7 days if there are no alternatives available.

I am now on my final #Olaparib TX for #BRCA1 #TNBC maintenance. It’s been tough at times, but I would never have stopped TX despite the SE’s.

Joint decision with onc - communication is key. #TNBC #BRCA1
