@altontowers really disappointing to have no proper lunch options at the Alton Towers hotel apart from coffee shop sandwiches. Last year there was an option to have a meal in the bar.

DFS buyers beware - despite me providing the video footage and photos, DFS have said it doesn’t really prove it and that there aren’t any sharp edges on the sofa 🙈…there are metal brackets on the edges!

Awful service from @DFS - lovely sofa delivered but drivers unfortunately damaged our front door bringing it in. Accidents happen but as the drivers say they didn’t cause the damage @DFS won’t repair it, so basically accusing us of lying about the damage!
