@MyBobs been waiting for hours for delivery, the delivery driver showed up, told them to go to the service entrance and they took off. Been on hold with customer service for 45 minutes. AWFUL... AWFUL experience

@Fly_Norwegian Bumped me from flight in 48 hours prior to after paying for premium economy, my wife is pregnant and we must sit in the cabin we paid for. TERRIBLE customer service. No resolution with your help center. DO NOT fly this airline.
