@LolSpurgeon@jtrob3@TomBuck 1. Matt. 18 is referring to matters within the church.
2. The entire thing became public when the initial comments were made publically.
3. You wouldn’t be able to find a private contact on Facebook or X. So ask @TomBuck if he did. I’m not sure.
Doesn’t change anything I said
Can someone point me to where @jtrob3 “has expressed regret?” Because I’ve checked his Facebook and X, and can’t find it. And unless the regret is as public as the initial comments then it’s unacceptable. 1/
@NAMB_SBC@kevezell@jtrob3 of NAMB and as one whose church has been a strong CP giver for years, this has caused me pause in my spirit on that for the first time ever. 4/4
@NAMB_SBC@kevezell@jtrob3 I’ve yet to see. I am, however, interested in Gospel culture where public sin requires public repentance. I pray it happens, but from the info I have now I’m sorrowful to say the least at the seeming direction of @NAMB_SBC on this matter. As a long time defender 3/
After months of hearing @NoLayingUp promote @TheStackSystem I finally bit the bullet in late May and got it. Just finished the foundation training program and have seen these gains. Looking forward to my next training program!
Our DNOW weekend happened to coincide with @ALSBOM’s Calling Out the Called Sunday, and @Timothy_Mathis preached on Jeremiah 1:4-10 to call them out.
Praying the Lord raises up future pastors, ministry leaders, and missionaries at FBC Selma and from sister churches in Selma!
After more than a decade of not taking mission trips, the people of First Baptist Church in Selma, Alabama, were ready to move from the pews to the mission field! 🙌
Since their new pastor, Tim Mathis, arrived, the church has:
✈️ Traveled to Vermont for a vision trip
🤝 Served refugees and supported a @SendNetwork church plant in Toronto through @SendRelief
💬 Caught a vision for long-term, missional partnerships
👏 From praying and giving to sending and going, we love supporting churches as they get involved in the mission!
Just prayed off FBC-Selma’s first overseas mission team in at least 17 years! Praying for much fruit as they serve with @IMB_SBC. Thankful to pastor these folks!
