@LNER hi, my son is on a train to Leeds which is running late, and means he might miss his connection to London by a minute. He is due to be on the 1945 to Kings cross. Don't suppose you will hold it up a few minutes?

@LNER Later train was over 30 minutes late, which meant he missed his connection in London. now stranded at Vauxhall. Looks like Uber home 😟.
And your app is suggesting he could have made the connection at Leeds as his train came in 1 minute before the London one left. 🙄🤷
