@Avis world worst customer experience. erroneously put me on do not rent list. it is not within customer service's capacity to help. nor do not rent department. nor collections department. so what do you want from your customer?
@Avis if you care about your customer, find someone who actually can address issue and not just keep asking ppl to go from customer service to collection/dnr to customer service to collection/dnr to rental counter. where it seems helping to resolve the issue is no one's business

3/3 @Xfinity third live agent took 30 mins and longer to get me a freaking technician appointment. why do you have to make your customer go through hell? you want them to leave?
2/3 @Xfinity i waited 2 hours for a phantom technician that was never schedule. second live agent was either lying for first agent or was i competent. as he said the technician is on the way.... bullshit. (the auto system said there was no appointment under my account)
1/3 @Xfinity your customer service really sucks. no wonder customers leave you. (1) auto system can't handle anything that is not in your silly standard script and goes in loop. (2) live agents were a joke. first agent couldn't setup a technician appointment (after 30 mins)
