@easyJet Apauling customer service. Rang to see if we could have a refund or even vouchers due to the Netherlands being added to the list and was told NO, because we already amended a flight YOU had cancelled!

@easyJet I have received an email saying I can change my flights for free as there has been a change. If I fly out a day earlier than planned am I still able to change for free as stated in the email?

@easyJet Currently been on hold for 23minutes after discovering that our flight next month has been changed from 7:10 to 16:30 without any correspondence regarding change of times 😡 The same goes for the rest of the party.
