There is a new tool know, called XRPLVerify, and if every individual Trustline would be set via this (in conjunction with XRP Forensincs), it would completely eliminate bots / farmers.

Yes, that is the Blackholed Issuer address. What we are seeing now, is paradoxical: The larger accounts keep accumulating, instead of burning the tokens (the first 2 accounts totaling 800 million tokens which we will burn are our teams accounts).
