@JamesTate121 The problem is, every idea doesn’t produce only the intended result. There is often a raft of unintended consequences, many quite negative. One should have their mind open and honestly consider the things don’t confirm their own biases.
The ruling is rooted in very clear language passed by Congress. If you don’t like the legal framework here, direct your ire at Congress. SCOTUS does not exist to save us from laws we don’t like.
The Court was reading an act of Congress that said there was no judicial review of TPS designations. If you don’t like that, change the law.
Changing the Court won’t matter if you’re unwilling to pass new laws.
