@GVJim1984@RyanPaulBuck@IowaStandard You really think it’s all that different. For Trump it wasn’t because Trump endorsed him. If you don’t know anything about him, shut up.
The other guys haven’t been anything.
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV Reason why you didn’t include the tweet above?
No, I correctly suggested that they knew of each other, how their designs worked.
If you went back to the 50s and explained the concept of modern jets we’d have gotten to the F-22 faster.
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV Also thanks for pivoting and admitting I’m right.
Incredibly Reddit to spare out about morons thinking the 229 fully inspired the B2. That was never my argument and all of you desperate wanted it to be.
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV Why would it need to turn they could go 180 mph faster?
I think you fail to realize how fast that is in WW2 terms. I can’t even find an example of a 262 shot down by a P-51 in a non head on at high altitude.
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV B2’s first combat mission in Europe was in 99. First flight in Europe 97.
That’s because the war was over at that point. Most 262s were blown up/killed on the ground/takeoff. 262s had okay energy management at high altitude, better than props at the time.
@GVJim1984@RyanPaulBuck@IowaStandard Randy has been in office in Iowa for a long time.
Just say you don’t like him. It’s that easy no need to make shit up.
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV Buddy all WW2 and Cold War flying wings sucked ass.
No the P-51 wasn’t a real counter to the ME262 on an equal playing field
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV The 229 flew buddy.
The Germans actually were special in that regard because the ME262 actually did matter in the war.
That whole first sentence applies to birth of these companies before 1980.
@Halonut24@aPTofCringe@AcepilotAV This flying wing if I think it is the one you are referring to had vertical stabilizers. It wasn’t not a real flying wing.
It wasn’t over a decade lol.
