@beatmastermatt Unfortunately capitalism forces people in category 1 into category 2, so a lot of people have to focus on the cool stuff they make being worth money and if it isn't they often have to abandon their dream.
@daverelectric@FrankConniff The real trauma was for essential workers who had to watch mouth breathing dumb fucks like you refuse to protect their neighbors by simply masking up or staying home. You're a disrespectful moron with all the critical thinking skills of a loose sphincter.
@reaction105 If you close your eyes and imagine David Attenborough or Philomena Cunk reading this line it's even better. Or maybe Werner Herzog right before an unhinged monologue about the unbridal chaos of nature๐
@FrankConniff So I take it I have you to thank for the Stuffing vs Potatoes debate in the Night of the Blood Beast Turkey Day episode? ๐Thank you for your service TV's Frank, both as an icon, and for never letting that piece of shit Trump off the hook
@random_snakes It reminds me of when I found out Kevin Costner helped develop technology for cleaning up oil and gas spills. Back when I worked at a gas station one of the training films just casually mentioned that Kevin Costner had something to do with the stuff we used to clean up spills๐
@1jcmaxwell@_starwarsnews Lateef has done stunts for almost 50 films, he's a great martial artist and actor & goes back in the industry a long way. I know you're on a kick hating on the Star Wars slop, and that's fine, but at least they're letting the guy who actually plays Mando do an interview.
@angelicfukdoll I stopped because of the scalpers and because I bought a Booster Box where all of the cards were fakes. I switched to collecting Tarot cards, the art is often really gorgeous and I don't have to worry about getting fakes (though now I do have to make sure they aren't ai "art"๐ )
This may be one of my favourite scenes of all time in cinema history - it's setting so much up that will eventually occur. The scene is perfect, simple things like each actor's facial expressions, it feels so finally tuned and natural at the same time.
@Sgtzima This movie is a lot of fun, they really swung for the fences on it. Very few bad movies lead me down the rabbit hole of looking up behind the scenes material but this one did and damn did they try their hearts out.
