Went to @McDonaldsUK for breakfast, ordered and paid using the app. Went to collect only to find a hand written not on the door saying the store was shut due to the weather in North Wales. You shouldn’t be able to order on the app if then store is close. £7 wasted. Thanks!
You really need to sort yourselves out and get a grip. No one should have to wait nearly 3 weeks for their prescription. Especially if it’s high blood pressure medication. You doing this is contributing to me having high blood pressure!
@BootsUK I received a text to say my prescription has been received by your pharmacy on the 20th on May! It’s not 8th of June. In two days it will be 3 weeks since you have had my prescription. This isn’t the first time either! I need my prescription and I’m sick of chasing it!!
@BritishGas why would you call to tell me my boiler service has been changed to a date that’s three months away after my original date has been booked since October last year. The number provided to call is no longer available and then you get a whole list of other numbers.
@VodafoneUK it’s now 12pm and still no return call from you. Yet again I have been lied to by your diabolical company. I will now be taking this further and will be taking custom elsewhere! After being with you since 2008 my custom will be going to someone else!
If this isn’t sorted by tomorrow I will be cancelling my contract with you and going somewhere else! I will also be taking my complaint further.

@VodafoneUK still not sorted my connection. Three days of no broadband following installation of Fibre on Wednesday. Spoke to someone yet again today after no call back last night. Tonight I was informed by the woman there is an outage in the area end has been since 10pm…
… documented anywhere… nothing!! I looked on your own website and guess what… there is no outage in my area! This can be proven by a screenshot of your own website!!

Because I have my own phone line to my house due to work it has also caused problems with my stepdads broadband too. If it’s not sorted I will be cancelling my contract with in the 14 days cooling off period and take my custom to another provider who will actually fix the problem
@VodafoneUK absolutely fuming with the service I have had with my fibre upgrade. I work from home i currently have no broadband and I was told I would have a call back with in the hour. That was over an hour ago! I take it this is how you treat customers of nearly 20 years!
@santanderuk I’m trying to get through to you on the phone number but all I keep getting is my recent transactions. If I wanted them I would look on my online banking. I need to speak to an agent now. Absolutely ridiculous system and not what I need right now!!
