@palmpay_ng Hello, fraudsters are taking advantage of the system to defraud people. I sold a goods to a customer and he ended up placing a reversal of the payment he made. A payment he made twice. I tried to dispute this but my dispute was disagreed. Now I’m left with a loss.

I downloaded an app and subscribed for a plan. After successful payment on the app and receiving a receipt from play store in my email, I was prompted to confirm plan which I did, but on my play store subscription page, it still says "Confirm Plan. Open app"

@sylviewatikum I'm actually trying. I've applied to Germany schools already. The whole Visa delay is what I'm concerned about, that's why I asked if there's another way. Maybe going in with a different visa and then switching if possible.
