@Sonos sure disappointed along with thousands of others. While I hate the new app, my challenges are amps now pooched since the update. Support just restates, "out of warranty" and the amp issue is not connected to app update, but interesting how amp is bricked immediately after update. I have old Yamaha amps that are still going 15 years, but Sonos amp bricked. The gift is a 30% discount of "new amp" which makes it still more than original purchase price.
I used to love you Sonos. I have a large system in my home. But, the love has gone.

For a B2B service company doing less than $10M in revenue, and uses end of month invoicing after month completed, how quickly should the accounting team be able to produce previous month financials like closing the books, bank recs, P&L etc. Would love any insights or benchmarks you may have.
