They are no help, hiding behind “process” for a billing issue.

Says because of landslip but all other trains going via that route are running?

@SouthernRailUK So this specific issue is not affecting trains that run 5 mins after and 10 mins before.

Basically you’ve got a driver shortage again, so you cancel this train which is the only direct train to London Bridge each day.

No other direct trains to London have been cancelled, it seems whenever you’re short staffed you cancel these trains and blame some other issue.
