@LaneC37@joeyredeye@jimmaxcricket@GeorgeDobell1 Again, T20 was scoffed at. The issue with the format is its intrusion of the other competitions and I agree but it serves a purpose whether anybody likes it or not. It’s to engage the youth who might not like the game and, you guessed it, money.
@DSinck@joeyredeye@jimmaxcricket@GeorgeDobell1@bbctms@ThePrimaryClub Fair play. You sound like you were brought up on cricket more so than what the idea of this snippet is trying to achieve. It’s aimed at children trying to get into the game at a time of year it’s more accessible than most.
@bbctms@5liveSport Shouldn’t count in a different format. If it wants the respect of being a different tournament then it needs to be two different things.
@LaneC37@joeyredeye@jimmaxcricket@GeorgeDobell1 Which would have been scoffed at to start. It’s a family day out especially during the summer holidays which can keep the kids entertained and hopefully grow their enjoyment, on a Wednesday afternoon with not much else going on and offers something to do.
@MiguelDelaney@JosephWalsh9 Would you say Rice is jostling Mavropanos? Would you say that Trossard is jostling? Would you say the decisions of a similar nature in terms of keeper impediment Arsenal had in favour were maybe, jostling?
@johncrossmirror@johncrossmirror I will but can you say the right decision is made? I maybe wrong but I don’t feel the audio will do it justice. Again, happy to be wrong, but does the audio capture Rice against Mavropanos? Trossads grabbing? Gabriel? Etc.
@johncrossmirror John like so many journos defending it, what do you make of all the other fouls being committed at that corner, mainly by Arsenal players?
@charles_watts Arguing apples and pears. Who’s been more impactful? I support neither team but who’s been more impactful over the course of the season? The fact you need to say he’s won more than he has played, who’s been more impactful? Only one answer.
