@WyndhamHotels being forced to cancel a booking made months ago at Ramada Resort by Wyndham Kochi because your team has overbooked for a wedding (after lying and saying the reason was due to renovation).

This part of your customer care training yeah?

Shocked by your team’s customer service. On the phone to them now and their solution to all of this is to just cancel our reservation. How is that solving it? Also here is the proof that they lied about the ‘renovations’, they’ve confirmed over the phone it was a lie.. terrible response.
