@BarackObama Really? One of yours shot and killed one who disagreed with you and others who support you and you think Kimmel was a result of "cancel culture"??
Death - the ultimate cancelation.
Another ad banned from "conservative media"? Because we said "keep fighting" and STOP doing business with companies that hate conservatives?
We're bringing together "our people" and businesses that align with our values.

The absolute worst take on Creative v Elenis (the same-sex wedding website decision) is that it "brings us back to Jim Crow".
Ending Jim Crow was good. In fact, we should finish eliminating remnants of Jim Crow by ending gun control and occupational licensing laws.
But let's be clear: Jim Crow was forced association, not allowing you to choose who you wanted to associate with.
And in fact, Jim Crow proved that racism on a grand scale can only be preserved through government force.
The Jim Crow argument for implementing forced segregation was that, even in the highly racist deep south of the late 1800s, if the government didn't force Whites and Blacks to stay separate from one another, then they'd inevitably end up going to the same places and integrating, even if many of them still hated one another.
Businesses would inevitably be happy to take everyone's money, and let them gather together wherever they wanted, even if they were still racist, because they wanted the money that came with it.
And if they didn't stop them from mingling, Whites and Blacks would inevitably form friendships.
Some of them would inevitably form romantic relationships, and get married, and have children.
And their racist parents would inevitably fall in love with their mixed-race grandkids and before you know it, racism will be largely a thing of the past.
And they were right. In a multiracial, multicultural society, racism on a grand scale can only be preserved through forced association.
So the way to end it is to simply let people choose for themselves who they wish to associate with.
If Lorie Smith doesn't want to make websites for gay weddings, there's countless web designers who do. And if there weren't, that would create a lucrative market for someone who does.
As a lifelong small business owner, who owned a web design company for 20 years, and who has worked with countless other businesses, I've got a secret for you: almost every business out there just wants your money.
Some of them might even disagree with every single thing about you.
They might even hate you. Hut they love your money.
And once it's in their hands, it's their money, and they love it even more.
But yes. There are some people who hate others so much, that they will simply refuse to serve them.
So my question is, if someone hates you so much that they won't even take your money, why would you want to give it to them?
Why would you want to make some richer who hates you that much?
I'm Jewish. My wife is a Black woman. If someone hates me so much because of who we are that they don't want to serve us, or for that matter if they hate me so much because I'm a straight White man that they don't want to serve us, I don't want to make them richer.
I want to give my money to people who actually want to serve me.
I want to know who hates me that much, so that I don't even accidentally make them richer with my money. I want others to know they're that hateful, so they don't give them their money either.
The answer to strong differences of opinion, or even hate, isn't forced association. It's free association.
Make intolerance unprofitable.
This decision was good and I hope to see more decisions like it in the future.
My friend told me I shouldn't talk about the riots in France because the kid that was killed is Algerian and I seem insensitive towards Black people.
First off, I don't give a damn what color the kid was... burning down a city is not right and cutting the hands off of French protestors is WRONG.
Second off, I'm Black and I been Black my whole entire life. Since the day that I was born. You're not going to tell a BLACK woman what they can and cannot say.
Ain't that called RACIST in 2023?
I read the entirety of the Supreme Court's decision on the Wedding Website Designer's case. Sotomayor said something out loud in her "dissent" that she should have kept to herself:
In Sotomayor's view, the "public market" (whatever that is) belongs to the "state". There is no free market whatsoever. The "public market" exists only through the benevolence of the "state".
And if you want to participate in this "public market" you must do and say what the "state" mandates - constitutional rights be damned.
In short, Sotomayor does not believe in a free market - only a "public market" that is controlled entirely (no matter what) by the "state".
The American economy is built on the idea that a free market exists, outside of government intervention. Sotomayor believes otherwise. She believes the "state" - and only the "state" - can decide who can (and cannot) participate in the "public market".
@ninaturner After 7 years which would only mean loans would only be made for that long. That would/could force the tuition price down but you would still be unhappy because there would still be student loans.
@joncoopertweets Viability does not define a human being. Remove a pacemaker from a human who needs one and they die. Did they cease being a person upon the need for a medical device?
