@crumb_pet (Part 5) - honestly if you are looking for a pet tag, just go on Amazon or another trusted retailer and not @crumb_pet - to reiterate - they signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge which is illegal.

@crumb_pet (Part 4) there’s a reason why they have some awful review on trust pilot. I’m putting all of this out there for two reasons….
1.) hoping @crumb_pet sees this and cancels my order and processes the refund
2.) so more people don’t fall into this trap like I did

@crumb_pet (Part 3) there’s not a real way to contact the company and there is no way to cancel your order. I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded but I got nothing. How they’ve managed to get a decent following is beyond me. I’m honestly so upset
