@TUIUK Can I ask why my holiday is now £800 cheaper than when I booked with no refund allowed on the new difference? Whilst I appreciate holiday prices will rise and fall, £800 is not an insignificant amount of money to a family of 4 and has left us feeling a little cheated.
1 million cases a day?
Can barely get to 200,000.
And yet there's no sanction against the scaremongers and their misinformation.
Why aren't they dragged onto TV to explain themselves?
@EssexPR Genuine question… what happens after Omicron? Does Delts re-emerge? Or will omicron be here for ever but in lesser numbers as its more transmissible than any other strain to date?
It looks like London Omicron cases are falling fast, so we should expect hospital data to rise for only a short time ..
I do hope the Gov’t do not use the next weeks ‘hospitalisation’ numbers to impose damaging, needless restrictions.

The UK government has a choice between believing in vaccines and believing in quack modelling. No country with such a high % of antibodies from vaccines and prior infection should be considering any restrictions on freedom.
Understand people's Omicron concerns. But we were told vaccines would remove the need for lockdowns. If that's no longer the case, OK. But we need to have a serious debate. Because I just don't see how a cycle of perpetually locking, then unlocking, society is sustainable.
@JuliaHB1 https://t.co/Fa2Zoz7MQR Are we just blinkered to all facts that are coming out of SA? The CMO has to be a pessimist, I get that, but this can’t be at all costs! COVID is mild to most, fact. Let’s get on with our lives, your close to loosing the populous
