@Raunav410657 These job postings have been up for months now and almost no applicants. It went from being potential a decent signal to now a red flag, no?
@finance_schmidt Did they quantify any of the programs? And what was the best signal you got on the call growth and or backlog growth was set to continue? Will there be operating leverage?
claude fable 5 can scrape thousands of sold homes and finds the patios with zero shade in 100°+ heat. then it mails the owner a postcard with the fix rendered into their own backyard
here's the system you can sell to contractors:
- scrapes every home sold in the metro in the last 12 months (recent buyers spend the most)
- vision-reads the listing photos, skips the 64% with cover already
- measures the sun on each patio, hour by hour, off google's satellite data
- renders a louvered pergola into the owner's actual backyard photo
- prints the diagnosis on the postcard: "your patio takes 11 hours of direct sun a day. saturday it hits 97°."
- QR opens a heat report for their exact address with a booking link
every install is $6.5k to $18k, one close covers months of retainers and homes sell every single day.
reply "SYSTEM" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)
@Longviewres They’ve doubled their pipeline which is great but literally no visibility on timeline (feels like they have nothing in immediate future). Feels like a data center win could be put off until calendar 2027. You agree?
@everyonehatesp1@boujee_banker My biggest worry is they’re discretionary spend (macro pain) but not AI.. price coming down this hard makes things scary but just makes them cheaper.
@everyonehatesp1@boujee_banker trade as if there’s existential threat, I can understand ACN given 800k employees & have BPO but the software dev companies like EPAM should hold up as 1) they optimize AI spend 2) are independent 3) source cheapest tokens 4) bespoke software increases 5) code audit trail needed
@Longviewres@tommyleed8888 Got it. Well is def worth at least $5 (if they don’t get any DC deals at $5 you’re at low teens EV/EBITDA multiple). If they get a DC deal.. then it’s a rocket but I think it might be late 3Q or 4Q, hoping it drops a little more before then
@everyonehatesp1@thescepticalre1 You back in if the results in June come with no data center deal and market takes this back below $10? I guess it’ll depend on how disappointing results are
