UNRWA school turned Hamas launch site:

An anti-tank missile was fired from an UNRWA school toward our troops. IDF forces operated in a medical clinic nearby, when an explosive in a booby-trapped tunnel shaft detonated and killed 3 soldiers. During later scans in the school, we found large quantities of weapons.

Other people, some of them Jews, will yell at me that the optics are bad and that I shouldn’t share such pictures because “What will the antisemites say?”

So why did I share this?

Because it makes me damn proud to see Jews, in this case Jewish heroines, doing what they need to do to protect themselves and their families.

I see this picture and I feel immense pride that, for the first time in modern history, Jews can fight back.

Let there be no mistake, that is what we do, we fight back. It’s called the Israel DEFENSE forces for a reason.

This was the first time the phrase #AmYisraelChai was ever said.

Since then, Am Yisrael Chai has become a rallying cry for Jewish unity, and #Hatikva has become the #Israel national anthem.

British journalists who happened to be visiting the camp captured the service for British Radio.

⚠️This is a call to the world. These innocent young men were severely abused and kidnapped from the Nova Music Festival on October 7th by Hamas. Hamas terrorists filmed them in captivity, handcuffed. You can clearly see that they are hurt and scared. The Red Cross is obliged by international law to check their condition. Human rights organizations around the world did not lift a finger for them. I was ashamed to hear the recent testimony of 3 top university presidents. In my personal opinion, it was one of the most despicable moments in the history of U.S. academia. The 3 Presidents were offered numerous opportunities to condemn racist, antisemitic, hate rhetoric and refused doing so hiding behind calls for “context.” The memories of my father’s parents, Abraham and Rachel Bourla, his brother David and his little sister Graciela, who all died in Auschwitz, came to mind. I was wondering if their deaths would have provided enough “context” to these presidents to condemn the Nazis' antisemitic propaganda.

And because dehumanization of the victims makes it easier to “set your own context” and justify anything, here is a picture of Graciela Bourla, who was exterminated in the concentration camp at the age of 17. Unfortunately, no pictures of my grandparents and uncle survived. I still wonder what they looked like.

I’m proud of Israel’s Arab, Bedouin and Druze citizens who were not only victims of Hamas’s attack but fought the terrorists heroically and have stood shoulder to shoulder with Jewish Israelis in its aftermath.

I’m proud of our young Israeli women in the IDF. Around the world, evil regimes from Iran to the Taliban to Hamas rob women of our rights and freedoms. I am proud of the young Israeli generation whose time has come. We used to dismiss them as the TikTok generation. When Hamas flooded social media with their livestreams of murder and brutality these young adults saw what was done to our people and they have rallied.

Before the war, many of them were out on the streets of Israel every week, chanting “nafaltem al-hador ha-lo nachon”, you messed with the wrong generation. Now their entire generation is united, ready to serve and ready to fight, and Hamas, let me tell you this: “nafaltem al-hador ha-lo nachon” you messed with the wrong generation!

New stats show: In 2022, the Red Cross visited 6,096 prisoners around the world. Palestinians made up around 85% of them.

As of the beginning of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Red Cross has visited 1,500 Ukrainian hostages and sent 2,500 messages to families.

And what about the Israeli hostages you asked? The Red Cross did not visit ONE of the hostages in Gaza, much less send a message or provide urgent medical care.
The @ICRC @ICRC_ilot accounts have been bragging about their "neutral intermediary role" in securing the hostages' release, but the truth is that there is nothing to celebrate. Many innocent civilians were put at risk by the Red Cross, and Israeli hostages were treated as second-class citizens.

How come Ukrainian hostages get a different treatment than Israelis? Are their lives not equally important?
