It would be nice if you could update your website Cancel Flight refund functionality, to ensure baggage fees are included as part of the 100 percent refund when customers have to cancel flights within 24 hours of booking.

@ContourAirlines I tried to cancel a reservation for a full refund within 24 hours, but the baggage fee wasn't refundable online. This seems contrary to US DOT policy: "...it must allow the consumer to cancel the payment and reservation within 24 hours and receive a full refund."

I was able to call in and have a supervisor refund the fee, after citing your contract of carriage. "Contour will allow a 100 percent refund to the original form of payment if the request is made within 24 hours of ticketing and if the reservation is made seven (7) days or more..
