@skullcandy Hello can anyone please get in touch your website for returns and refunds DOES NOT WORK in the UK. I’ve spent the last 24 hours trying to get in touch and no one has helped. I really do not want these headphones and would like a refund as I’m still within my 14 day window.

@tfl I was told by a worker in customer services via phone call that in order for zone 1-6 daily cap to apply I’d need to make 8 journeys minimum. Is this correct as I cannot find this information anywhere else ?
