@northernassist again doors didn’t open on several carriages at Leyland, 17.56 frm B’pool Nth. Platform long enough. Just made it off after running thru 3 carriages; several didn’t & 1 waiting to board with limited mobility was stranded. Happening a lot. Pls sort this out

@northernassist Two rear carriages of six. So only one carriage in that section as the train was in two units. This happens frequently and guards says it is a settings error. On several occasions I’ve had to take Ubers to get home

@NormanBrennan @Nigel_Farage I was bullied throughout school. I remember their names, their faces and what they said. Most of it was anti gay and it was often violent. If any of them appeared in public life, I’d speak up.

@northernassist At home at midnight after working a 13 hour day. Train back from Wigan then delayed and return journey unpleasant. Quite reasonable to expect a train door to open.

@northernassist Please sort out train doors not opening at Leyland station. Happened five times to me in the last two weeks and twice didn’t make it off- this Sat night ended up in Wigan & returning services delayed. Please don’t ask me to msg. Please address this publicly.

@northernassist Thanks. What I don’t understand is why it is happening on multiple services. The guard on Saturday blamed “programming”. Surely there is a way for train staff to see if doors have opened?

@northernassist For clarity, this is happening regularly. I have mobility issues and it’s become a nightmare. I’d be very aware if this was to do with length of platform. It isn’t, it’s a failure of doors to open and guards not realising. On Saturday I ended up home at midnight
