@bitcoinbosu@BitcoinTCAB@ChristofferDG Hopefully we can get a similar flywheel going as we make our pref known among Swedish investors and the trading volumes grow. Raising new capital is of c an ongoing priority for the company. Appreciate your support!
Our BTC PREF is now the highest-yielding preferred share in Sweden. And the only company on this list that is totally debt-free 🏆 https://t.co/BQdIasbvnd

@JukkaLepikko Mitä mieltä olet riskistä että ”earnings” on todellista kysyntää korkeampi näiden ristiin tehtyjen diilien takia, joissa Nvidia sijoittaa asiakkaisiinsa tms circular financing? Eli että mahdollinen kupla olisi E:ssä vaikka P näyttää kohtuulliselta?
@sunsaunabtc@asjwebley@SWC_Wiki The company borrowed Bitcoin, to be repaid with shares or by returning the same number of Bitcoin. They chose to return the Bitcoins.
Agreed, and I'd go as far as to say that the market is overpaying for all Bitcoin credit/pref risk when comparing with HY credit etc. Which is understandable as the BTC credit market is still in its infancy.
With STRC I think the mistake was the aggressive marketing of keeping the "peg" at 100, which they are paying for now.
BTC AB announces the registration of the Rights Issue and the first day of trading in preference A shares on Spotlight Stock Market

BTC AB just raised 12.2m SEK ($1.26m) through what is essentially the IPO of their preference shares, BTC PREF
This achieves 12% amplification from IPO
At a 10% annual dividend rate, BTC PREF is also the lowest cost of capital out of all Digital Credit
And this initial offering had no discount to par
(For comparison, @Strategy achieved 3.4% amplification from their STRC IPO, currently paying 12% annually, and IPO’d at a 10% discount to par)
BTC PREF is the lowest cost of capital Digital Credit in the world, and yet it is the highest paying preference share in Sweden
On a per-unit-of-leverage basis, this is arguably the highest quality common share exposure to Bitcoin leverage, and yet also the most powerful yield for any Swedish preference share investors
The fundamentals are undeniably there; what happens when this knowledge spreads?
