Maybe it’s intentional. Don’t overload Grok yet, keep people on the CLI (best CLI in the game btw) until they find the sweet spot. Mobile will come.

Codex tried this and it’s a shitshow. Same with Claude. Weekly limits or they tank quality.
Cursor nailed the mobile app, just come with cost. SpaceX already owns Cursor. They can ship the same quality. They just need to pull the trigger.

Mobile users = way more usage.
Pointless to ship good tools if the model and capacity aren’t stable. This looks like strategy, not a lack of engineering.

I know I've already talked about this, but I'm still really annoyed.

The Grok mobile app is still basically unusable. Zero memory, zero context. You tell it something, and it completely forgets it in the next chat.

The voice-to-text is terrible and barely works. Responses are ridiculously slow.

Custom instructions just don't work, no matter what. I tried phrasing them every possible way. The exact same instructions worked great on both the ChatGPT and Claude mobile apps, but Grok acts like they don't even exist.

I even imported my memories from other apps where they worked fine, and it changed nothing.

On top of that, I've told it a thousand times to stick to a neutral dialect. Every single time, it replies in a different one. It's taking me on a tour of every accent in the Arab world. It's insane.

update - my usage has been investigated from Devin team, and the security scan from the platform template cost pretty much of the weekly plan in one test ( test not even finish )

I just spent $200 and hit weekly limit on probably 5 sessions, and I use "SWE2-normal" only
- don't fall for the word free..

Send me your org ID in DMs, it isn’t possible to be charged as our billing does not enable any deductions from usage of local agents running SWE-2, I just investigated this with another user and they were accidentally hitting the cloud agent from their local desktop set up

So if you’re using Devin desktop and are hitting cloud agents with SWE2, then you’re going to get charged you have to only work with a local agent to get it for free
