yeah the writing throughout the whole show couldve been better, gooseworx is not a mastermind, but this is just what you'd expect from a youtube indie show and it worked fine for me. it failed in some ways but still succeeded in others. it's not a bad show just a very flawed one

ok ill just say it simply. i thought the tadc ending was fine. i understand and even agree with a lot of the issues people have with it but tbh i can't see how any of them would make it as ludicrously terrible as everyone says it is lol. it worked fine for me

@livyoshi_ yeah the one thing you gotta respect is he does seem like he does all this for the love of the game and not just to be famous so it makes sense he doesn't care to get rid of the youtube name he came up with when he was a kid because he liked penguins (actual reason)

i still will keep asking the question of what was so wrong with the old urn that it had to go away. yeah sure newer players ignored it too much but there were much better solutions than turning it into another big teamfight objective

@SurroundedGD gd is a fairly mainstream game that is basically nothing but gameplay, it doesn't have any sort of content or aesthetic that draws in people with particular beliefs. all sorts of people end up in this community. im not surprised that includes a lot of queerphobic people

@I_love_snailsss i don't think it would be that hard to make a decent portal film but my problem is that i can't see what it would bring to the table. i think both portal games already tell their respective stories completely perfectly
