@CaaSouth It's 2pm at your Dom Mills store. You have one person working for 5 desks and she has been helping the same person for 30 min while the line keeps growing. It's shit service. Do better for your members.
A IRGC Khamenei loyalist came to disrupt Iranian's marching in Calgary supporting their people who are uprising against the Islamic Republic Of Iran.
It did not end well as he got the crap beat out of him.
Ontario & Quebec could learn a lot from Calgary.
An independent study from B’nai Brith Canada is putting hard numbers behind a growing national concern: systemic bias within CBC’s coverage of the Israel-Hamas conflict.
The study analyzed hundreds of English‑language CBC reports over a six‑month period. The findings (from Oct 2024–Apr 2025) demonstrate a clear directional pattern:
- Over 50% of sampled items met the study’s threshold for a pro‑Palestinian bias
- Under 7% met the threshold for a pro‑Israel bias
- Just under 40% were categorized as balanced or neutral
Researchers evaluated each report by feeding it into a Large Language Model (LLM) trained to generate a bias score for each item using industry-leading academic benchmarks. Every AI‑assisted result was then manually verified by the team to ensure accuracy and reliability.
CBC is bound by the Broadcasting Act to provide balanced, impartial reporting. The findings of this study demonstrate that Canada’s premier public broadcaster is failing the very public it is meant to serve.
For generations, CBC has been a fixture in Canadian homes: trusted, valued, and woven into our national life. This is not about factual inaccuracies or intentional distortions. It’s about what Canadians deserve: a public broadcaster they can count on for neutral, impartial, and fair reporting.
It’s time for the CBC to regain that trust.
B’nai Brith Canada looks forward to future cooperation with the CBC. We are requesting a meeting to review these findings and to work together on a strategy that ensures balanced and unbiased reporting moving forward.

@CAASCO your insurance call centre sucks. Waited an hour yesterday on hold and gave up. Waited 30 min today, got transferred and then disconnected and have to start all over again. Good thing it's not for a claim. Maybe it's easier to switch insurance than reach you?
@Rogers#rogers what's up? Have been trying to add an additional mobile account and upgrade my plan. Was on wait 45 min last night and gave up, now back on wait 25 min and counting. Don't you want me to increase my business with you? Do you ever pick up?
@StarbucksCanada whats up with your website https://t.co/ffquP7yXLj? Not working and your mobile app wont allow me to update payment info so what do I do now?
