@UberEats Hey UberEats, 2/12 hours for a pizza that the restaurant is 20 mins from my house. Then your chat rep stalls when I try to cancel to allow the driver to get here with a cold pizza. The most unethical company I have ever dealt with

@Uber_Support So just to be clear if you order food and it takes almost an hour and a half to get to you and it is cold when it gets to you, Uber will not do anything to help. My advice use any other service

@OfficialSATeam @AlexChristie Yeah this company is unethical and a joke, they ship you styles you didn’t order and they actually put a card in the package that states that this was not a mistake but if your not happy they will make it right, but then make it impossible to get ahold of customer service.
