@ArizonaDES I have been approved for PEUC, but have not been paid in 4 Weeks because DES system has a Sequence 1 issue. It's not reading my SS# correctly. Every phone agent states its due to the Sequence 1. They stated they send an email to a Mgr, but still has not been fixed.

@MeghanMcCain I will be your Lyft driver in Arizona. Also, another reason you might have a low rating, some drivers will give passengers a lower rating if they don't tip the driver. Don't know if that is your case but some drivers give low passenger ratings for that reason.
