@AIGHospitals Booked an online consultation, cancelled it 5 days in advance, and their app says refunds are automatic within 7 days. Even after 15 days, no refund. Instead, they demanded my bank passbook, Government ID, and a written undertaking that I won't raise a bank dispute.
