Name (he, teth, etc) = energy production
Number after (1-10) = actual risk level.

Letter (F,T,M) = origin
First number = unknown
Second number = where it was located/contained at.
Third number = identifier.

We have nonbinary titles for characters, and project moon very much does use them for characters whose gender is a mystery or is canonically nonbinary.

That said prince is neither shortened, nor is it slang. Its a proper noun. 1800s or not, it still means something and will ALWAYS mean a something along the lines of.

"A male member of a royal family, usually the son or grandson of a king or queen, or a male ruler"
