@SkyeWolf84 OVO took £140 from my brother's bank instead of the £80 DD on Friday,he asked for the excess returned as he is in credit. On Saturday they sent him an email stating they will increase the DD to £190 month now as he has to be 3 months in credit. It's criminal, shouldn't be allowed

@EE over a week without any service again, regularly each month for the past 3 months. Each time I check it says fixed in 16hours, obviously just a standard message. Paying for reduced service but no offers of refunds although you know that you have an issue
